Rewards & Loyalty Program

The Sacrifice Studios Rewards Program rewards our community for shopping with us and introducing others to the brand.

Earn 10% back in store credit on eligible purchases, give friends AED 50 in store credit toward their first order, and earn an additional 10% of their first eligible purchase value when they shop.

Participation in the program is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Eligibility

The Sacrifice Studios Rewards Program is available to eligible customers shopping through our official online store at www.sacrificestudios.store.

  • Membership is free.
  • All customers may participate, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Rewards are issued exclusively in AED.
  • Customers must use their associated customer account to access and redeem store credit.
  • Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Customers must provide accurate account information.

Sacrifice Studios reserves the right to verify eligibility and restrict participation in cases of suspected fraud or program misuse.

2. Purchase Rewards — Earn 10% Back

Customers earn 10% of their eligible purchase value in store credit on qualifying orders.

Reward Conditions:

  • Cashback rate: 10%.
  • Minimum qualifying order value: AED 200.
  • Eligible products: All products.
  • Eligible customers: All customers.
  • Shipping charges are excluded from reward calculations.
  • Rewards are issued automatically after successful purchase.
  • Rewards are credited to the customer account associated with the order.

Store credit is calculated on the eligible amount paid, excluding shipping, refunded amounts, and amounts paid using existing store credit.

3. Purchase Reward Expiration

Standard purchase rewards expire 90 days after issuance.

  • Each reward has its own expiration date.
  • The 90-day validity period begins when the store credit is issued.
  • Unused promotional store credit expires automatically.
  • Making another purchase does not extend the expiration date of previously earned credit.
  • Expired promotional rewards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • Expiration reminders may be sent to the customer's registered email address.

Customers are responsible for using their rewards before expiration.

4. Referral Program — Give AED 50 & Earn 10%

Our referral program rewards customers for introducing friends to Sacrifice Studios.

Give AED 50. Earn 10% Back.

Give your friends AED 50 in store credit toward their first order and earn 10% of their first eligible purchase value in store credit.

Rewards for Your Friends

  • Referred friends receive AED 50 in promotional store credit.
  • The credit is intended for their first eligible purchase.
  • The offer is available to genuine new customers only.
  • Each eligible new customer may receive one introductory referral reward.
  • The credit must be used within 30 days of issuance.
  • Unused referral credit expires automatically after 30 days.

Rewards for the Referrer

  • Earn 10% of your referred friend's first eligible purchase value in store credit.
  • The reward is issued after the referred purchase is verified and approved.
  • Rewards are calculated excluding shipping, refunded amounts, and existing store credit used as payment.
  • Referral rewards expire 30 days after issuance.
  • There is no fixed limit on genuine, successful referrals, subject to program eligibility and fraud prevention rules.

Referral rewards are separate from the standard 10% purchase cashback.

5. Referral Reward Expiration — 30 Days

All promotional referral rewards expire 30 days after issuance if unused.

This applies to both the AED 50 introductory credit issued to referred friends and the 10% referral reward earned by the referring customer.

  • Each referral reward has its own 30-day validity period.
  • The expiration period begins on the date the credit is issued.
  • Pending referral rewards do not begin their expiration period until issuance.
  • Unused referral credit expires automatically after 30 days.
  • Expired promotional referral credit cannot be reinstated.
  • Referral rewards cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

Important: Referral rewards expire after 30 days, while standard purchase cashback remains valid for 90 days.

6. Referral Eligibility & Verification

To qualify for referral rewards:

  • The referred customer must be a genuine new customer.
  • The referral must be completed through an authorized referral link or referral method.
  • The referred customer must complete an eligible first purchase.
  • The purchase must be successfully processed and verified.
  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  • Duplicate accounts, artificial purchases, and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
  • Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify for referral rewards.

Sacrifice Studios reserves the right to review, delay, reject, or reverse referral rewards where necessary to prevent misuse.

7. Redeeming Store Credit

Customers may redeem available store credit during checkout through their associated customer account.

Redemption Conditions:

  • Minimum qualifying order value for redemption: AED 100.
  • Customers must log in to access available credit.
  • Store credit is applied as an eligible payment method at checkout.
  • If the available balance does not cover the full purchase, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
  • Store credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • Expired rewards cannot be redeemed.

Example:

A customer purchasing a product for AED 200 with AED 50 in available store credit may apply AED 50 at checkout and pay the remaining AED 150.

Redemption is subject to the available checkout functionality and applicable restrictions.

8. Store Credit Types & Validity

Sacrifice Studios may issue different types of store credit.

Return or refund store credit Applicable Returns Policy and consumer protection requirements

Promotional rewards and return-related store credit are treated separately.

The promotional expiration periods above do not automatically apply to store credit issued in connection with approved returns or refunds.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Rewards earned from purchases remain subject to the eligibility of the original order.

  • Fully refunded orders result in cancellation of associated purchase rewards.
  • Partially refunded orders may result in cancellation or adjustment of associated purchase rewards.
  • Cancelled orders do not qualify for rewards.
  • Referral rewards associated with refunded or cancelled qualifying purchases may be reversed.
  • Incorrectly issued rewards may be adjusted or cancelled.
  • Previously redeemed rewards may require an appropriate account adjustment, where permitted by applicable law.

Return-related store credit remains subject to the Sacrifice Studios Returns Policy.

Nothing in this program limits customers' mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Rewards & Promotional Offers

Sacrifice Studios may introduce additional promotional offers or rewards.

  • Rewards may be subject to individual eligibility conditions.
  • Promotional rewards may have different validity periods.
  • Referral rewards cannot be claimed through duplicate accounts.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Combining rewards with other promotional offers may be restricted.
  • Additional promotions are subject to their published terms and conditions.

Sacrifice Studios reserves the right to prevent reward combinations that result from technical errors or program misuse.

11. Customer Accounts & Reward Balances

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Depending on available functionality, customers may be able to:

  • View available store credit.
  • Review purchase cashback.
  • Access referral links.
  • Monitor referral reward status.
  • Review expiration dates.
  • Redeem available credit during checkout.

Rewards are associated with the customer account used for the qualifying transaction.

Sacrifice Studios is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer information, except where required by applicable law.

12. Reward Notifications & Email Communications

Sacrifice Studios may send automated communications regarding rewards, including:

  • Purchase reward confirmations.
  • Referral invitations.
  • Referral verification updates.
  • Referral reward confirmations.
  • Available credit notifications.
  • Upcoming reward expiration reminders.
  • Reward balance adjustments.

Promotional credit expiration reminders may be sent before the applicable 30-day or 90-day expiration date.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements. Customers may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time.

13. Fraud Prevention & Program Misuse

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim introductory rewards.
  • Referring oneself.
  • Using false or misleading customer information.
  • Generating artificial or fraudulent transactions.
  • Manipulating refunds or cancellations to retain unearned rewards.
  • Selling or transferring promotional credit.
  • Exploiting technical errors or reward calculation issues.
  • Using unauthorized methods to obtain referral benefits.

Sacrifice Studios may suspend participation, cancel improperly obtained promotional rewards, or restrict accounts where misuse is reasonably established, subject to applicable law.

14. Program Modifications

Sacrifice Studios reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program.

Changes may include:

  • Purchase cashback rates.
  • Minimum qualifying purchase values.
  • Referral reward amounts.
  • Reward expiration periods.
  • Redemption requirements.
  • Eligibility and verification conditions.
  • Available rewards features.

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate or legally required.

Changes will not retroactively remove validly earned customer rights contrary to applicable law or binding program terms.
