Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution where available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on business days are processed promptly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or collection launches due to high order volume.
Failed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Providing accurate shipping information is the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete address details are the most common cause of delivery delays or failed shipments.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping details after placing an order, please contact support@sacrificestudios.store as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Sacrifice Studios is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Courier delays once the order has been shipped
Once a tracking number has been issued, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the courier. We will assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the carrier.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, additional shipping charges will apply.
If a delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred by the courier. These charges will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
Shipping Delays
Sacrifice Studios is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or courier operational delays. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays once an order has been dispatched.

By sharing images or content featuring Sacrifice Studios products, you grant Sacrifice Studios permission to use this content for organic social media and social proof purposes across all social media platforms.
