Which currency will I be charged in?

All payments are processed in AED (UAE Dirhams). If you are shopping internationally, your bank will automatically convert the amount at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally.


How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.


Are taxes and duties included in shipping?

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, courier charges will be deducted from any eligible store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders placed on business days are processed promptly. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Please note: once an order is shipped, Sacrifice Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or courier delays. Any delivery claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.
