Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Accessories are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the order date, this is the timeframe in which you are eligible to start your return process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us and request a store credit refund on the same day the order is delivered, providing clear proof of the damage, including photos of the item, packaging, and your order details. Claims submitted after the delivery date may not be accepted.
  • Returns are accepted only for domestic orders within the United Arab Emirates. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, you must return your original purchase and place a new order using the store credit issued after we receive your return.
