SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders are shipped from DUBAI. While orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional email once your order has been shipped and delivered.
All GCC orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an GCC destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
All sales are final, no refunds accepted. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days from time of order. You can contact email@example.com to initiate your return.

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for GCC orders. For GCC exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
