TERMS OF SALE AND INFORMATION

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted via e-mail immediately to receive an alternative, available product.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. GMT+4. All orders received on business days are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday and we are closed. Once your package leaves our shipping facility, you will receive a notification via e-mail along with a tracking number. Please allow extra processing time for holidays and collection launches. 

 

FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS AND INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Invalid or incorrect address information is the most common cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have accurately noted all of the information (address, apartment #, etc.) needed to successfully deliver your package. Orders will be delivered to the address the customer has provided via the carrier chosen by the customer at checkout. If an address correction needs to be made after you have placed the order, please contact Customer Service at support@sacrificestudios.store as soon as possible to make any necessary changes. SACRIFICE STUDIOS is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages as well as courier shipment delays. We will gladly try to assist you as much as we can, but once a tracking number is received, all claims are to be filed with the carrier.

**If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid mailing address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
**Please note that if a package is refused, the customer is responsible for any additional charges from the courier. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

SHIPPING DELAY

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier exception delays. Please be advised that holidays do not count as a business day and should be taken into consideration when calculating shipping times. We entrust courier to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
